  2.   Thanks for calling the BigTime BBS to get ARJ, hopefully everything went
  3. smoothly.  If not, I apologise in advance, but I am a beta tester for Pegasus
  4. software, makers of QuickBBS, and this version may well have some bugs.

  6.   If you plan to use ARJ for personal applications, (i.e. Sysop, normal
  7. user) there is NO requirement to register, the use of ARJ is free and
  8. without charge.
  9.   (NOTE:  There are benifits to registering even for non-profit users, be sure
  10. to read LICENSE.DOC for details)

  12.   If you plan to use ARJ in any commercial environment (shareware distributor,
  13. business, commercial programming, anything that makes money) you are required
